i’ve got money in my o2 account but o2 wants my bank details so they can
take the payment from my bank, is there a way they can take payment from
the o2 balance
i’ve recently changed my rolling plan while i’ve got one active it’s
taken the money out my bank but the new tariff hasn’t started yet and it
says it will start next month will i have to pay again even tho i’ve
paid for it already?
i am on a rolling plan but i need to update my payment method when i try
this it doesn’t let me as i dont have the balance in my bank its on my
o2 account
