Hii contacted O2 last night as my top up had a problem.. the advisor was very helpful and explained she needed to remove bolt ons and that I would need to re top up.. The first £30 payment was pending and that it would be credited back to my account....

change of tariff

Hi,I just changed my tariff from classic pay-as-you-go to £15 data big bundle, but the confirmation states that I can start using my new tariff from 03 September 2037.Is that a wrong message or a joke?
