text message from a foreign bank

I have Pay As You Go. I do not receive a text message from a foreign bank. Any ideas ? Correct number. Everything worked for 3 years. I transferred the number to O2 and the texts are not coming.

Resolved! Unable to add credit to new SIM

Ordered a new PAYG SIM. Tried more than 6 times with different payment cards to add credit but fails every time. Attempted on website and app. Not a good experience for a new customer

Still waiting for someone to sort my phone.

This has been going on for six weeks, after much wrangling with 02 they say it must be samsungs fault. I dont undersrand why either if them cant unlock my phone? It works with 02 sim just not other.

Resolved! Pay As You Go upgrade to Sim only
