Wont let me add my tariff, it tries to take payment from my bank card instead of taking it from my o2 account

If you are trying to move to a Rolling Plan then that has to come off your debit card, i will never come out of your o2 balance

If you want it to be debited to your O2 "account" rather than your debit card, you need a Big Bundle :-
