O2 have taken the paymnet from my account but have not credited it to my rolling plan. Has this happened t anyone else?
I am getting fed up of the mistakes O2 make tha I ahve to chase and soert out

You need to call customer service on 4445 or 0344 809 0222
As you are on PAYG just port out to another network, and start again with the new network, no need to stay with o2 if they keep making mistakes

Don't bother calling 4445. Same has happened to me on 25th Jan. Wasted all morning on calls to customer service - waste of time. I have previously raised a complaint but that was ignored for over a month.

O2 say they aim to respond to complaints in 5 working days. i guess that says everything about how badly they are doing at the moment. At least by raising a complaint I have now got a contact in telefonica who I can go direct to with my latest problem of rollover plan not renewing
