Hate to say it but running an iPhone 15 on O2 PAYG is like running a Buggatti on vegetable oil.

No WiFi Calling, no Voice over 4G, no 5G and no call forwarding.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
