Resolved! Being told my number isn't an O2 pay as you go number

I'm trying to top up my O2 pay as you go number. I've done it online successfully before but today I'm being told my number "isn't an O2 pay as you go number". It is! and has been for about 20 years!Why has it decided not to work!?

Resolved! After topping up suddenly balance removed from the account

I topped up my balance of 10 pounds on 25th november. I get a message on 27th november saying 10 pounds have been taken from my account and then a message saying I have only 5 pounds left in my account. I do not know what happened
