Where is my 45GB and where is the £10 free credit + a painful experience using O2 & getting support

I've topped up £15

My settings say I only have 15GB

When will I see 45GB?

 

In the envelope I got, it said if I topped up £15 and then send a text to 21500 saying FREE10, I would get £10 credit. I've done that. Nothing happened after that. I got a text message saying someone will come back to me?

 

I loaded the O2 app on my phone. I spent AGES trying to login with this account.

It didn't like it.

I asked an agent for help. THe gave me an 0844 number to call to ask for help topping up.

I told him it wasn't possible to call on 0844 as I had no credit.

He cut me off. 😕 

 

In the end, I had to make a new account and register with the new number.

I didn't want to register with the new number as I will be porting my old number.

 

Such a terrible experience.

I got a text saying I had £10 credit.

How about the 45GB?

I use 20GB on average a month.

Don't want to get stuck and find out I don't have enough data.
