Dose voicemail come out of my calling mins on my pay as you go plan of will I need credit on my account to use voicemail?

Voicemail on older Simple or Classic O2 PAYG tariffs is not included, you will pay as below - Big Bundle and Rolling Plan appear now to be included so long as you have paid for that month, otherwise 35p per call to 901.

So check your balance, ring from another phone and leave a message, listen to it on your PAYG mobile, and recheck your balance to be sure.

Note charges to receive or access voicemail outside of UK or Europe zone will apply.

Looks like 901 included on current PAYG tariffs now @MI5:

2.10 For some, but not all, Pay As You Go tariffs, calls to voicemail (including access to voicemail menus and voicemail retrieval) are taken from your inclusive allowance. Once you've used your inclusive allowance, or if calls to voicemail aren’t included, calls to voicemail will be charged at your standard tariff rate.

Included with all big bundles which all have unlimited mins so not possible to use included allowances and incur charges unless you exceed the FUP.

So you're OK @Luke35 as have a SIM on that very same tariff and I have just tested it. 😀

 

If you call 901 and listen carefully, the first thing that you hear is an automated voice saying "Bundle Call". That means that the call is within the Big Bundle and not charged on top of it. 👍 

 

Do you get a pop-up after every call or text telling you your balance ? But as long as you are within your Big Bundle, the balance thereon never changes ? If so, make a note of the balance, call 901 and see the pop-up reappear with the same balance thereon. 👍
