I am a Classic Pay As You Go customer.  At least that is what I thought I was.  Following a recent £10 top up I checked my account I found that I was on a tariff costing £15 and offering 750 minutes, and 2000 texts.  I use the phone rarely, and never text.  I cannot recall agreeing to a change of tariff, and would like Classic Pay You Go reinstated.  What is the best way of going about this?

This problem has now been resolved.  I put the problem to ComplaintsReviewService@O2.com, where it was promptly and efficiently handled.  I am now back on Classic Pay As You Go, and the £15 paid for the Big Bundle has been refunded.  I am quite happy with that.
