I have changed from using a PAYG sim card on a Samsung GT C3590 to a monthly contract with you with a new sim card on a Samsung Galaxy S8. I now want to use the old phone with a PAYG sim card from a different provider i.e. Asda. Having inserted the new sim in the old phone the phone tells me it is invalid. Please unlock the old C3590 so that I can use it. My mobile number which I have now moved to my new phone is [Removed]
