Hi,
I requested a few days ago to get my uncles iPhone unlocked, he has given it to me when he upgraded his phone. I don't want to ask him to do it because he's a bit of a technophobe and is worried his new phone will stop working.
I've signed up to a PaYg accout and requested an unlock but I've heard nothing back. can anyone help me with this request? @EmilieT I see you have helped a few people, can you help me with this?

Hi. I have a similar issue, my phone is locked to Q2 but I would like to unlock it to use the second SIM abroad. O2 says they can't find it by the IMEI. It's an Oppo A53.

@AdrianJUK O2 stopped locking phones in 2018. The Oppo A53 wasn't released until August 2020. Your phone is not locked.
