How do I transfer my data messages and photos from old pay as you go sim to new rolling contract sim

Nothing is stored on a sim these days except for maybe a few phone numbers with limited data fields.

If you do have anything, you need to import the data to your phone first by going into your contacts app and choosing the appropriate option from the settings menu.
