Hi All
I purchased a fixed tariff sim card (£15 for 25gb data / unlimited calls) for use on my holiday in France. Working well, but need to top it up once my month is up tomorrow, as I am out here for 6 weeks not 4.
I inadvertently topped it up by only adding £10 instead of £15 to match the existing tariff, but actually don't require 25gb data anyway for the remaining 2 weeks.
So my question is, will my existing tariff just drop to the 8gb data/unlimited calls as per the £10 sim card offer, or do I need to add another £10 (no £5 top up option) to keep my sim card active?
Thanks 😊

You could text the request to move down a level, @Dencade - https://www.o2.co.uk/help/pay-as-you-go/big-bundles
Otherwise your allowance will be used for standard rate charges per minute or per GB or per SMS. Adding another £10 will cover you, then £10 next month added to the £5 remaining balance and you will be all good. Guide How to Top Up (PAYG) has all top up ways if you need them @Dencade. Good luck!
