Sorry, we are not O2 but a community of customers like yourself so we can't access accounts.
Are you ex Virgin, not getting texts from Santander was an ongoing complaint on the Virgin forum. Just wondering if that problem has come across.
We can only suggest you keep on at O2.
If you use social media you can keep a record of conversations should you need to escalate a complaint

If you cannot get onto your banking app to check the registered phone details for your phone have not changed, then reach out to O2 via Social Media as shown in the link just below, @huta - they may need to reset something in your account settings. Good luck.
