I topped up my balance around 4/5pm yesterday. The money has been taken from my account and I have received a confirmation email. But my balance is still the same as it was. It usually works immediately, but it hasn’t worked here and I’m not sure what to do.

Best thing to do is reach out to Customer Services on 4445 or If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
