Hi,

I received my sim yesterday and promptly put £10 on it, but in the o2 app it’s not showing. I’ve got the email to confirm the payment went through.

How do I get in touch with o2 to check this?

@ToddD

Are you saying you don't have any allowances?

Credit is exchanged for calls, texts and data. If you don't have allowances, you need to contact O2 on 4445 or via Skype if phone not working.

Same thing happened to me just now.

Topped up £10, confirmation text to say balance is now £10, but when checked it online and by calling the balance number it says zero.

As explained above, credit is exchanged for allowances so your credit will be zero and you will have calls, texts and data allowance.
