Hi there, I'm trying to top up a new phone number on my account, but this has failed after several attempts yet it is not my bank card as this is working elsewhere - is there a problem currently with O2 and the top up service?

I would speak to your bank, as it could be something to do with the card verification, if not the you may need to top up with a voucher ..

You need a voucher for the first top up.
