Been trying for weeks to activate a tariff after it mysteriously failed to renew amongst a barrage of text messages from O2 providing conflicting information. I tries to sort this out numerous times through various channels to no avail. I also tried to add a 'big bundle' as once suggested. But the only definitive response from O2 I have got back is 'this service is currently unavailable' and 'our team is looking into why' Does anyone know what's going on or when these issues might be resolved or suggest a viable solution that would actually work?

PAYG is undergoing some big changes currently so many are finding themselves in similar circumstances.
