02 are taking money off my balance when my mobile data is turned off why is this happening I always connect ti WiFi for my internet

@Nicky1965  You need to go into your settings to make sure that mobile data is turned off completely. If you're in doubt, put your phone onto airplane mode. If you're still being charged you need to speak to customer service.
