I ported over my O2 PAYG number to Lebara yesterday and by early afternoon I could send and receive texts and make phone calls - All showed with my correct number.
However, I'm unable to receive any phone calls on my number. When people call it doesn't go through.
I waited until after midnight to be sure but the problem persists.
Is there any way that this can be looked into and if necessary the porting files sent over again to Lebara please ?
