I am currently in quaranteine as I have just landed in the UK 3days ago from Hong Kong and I I am using my O2 Sim that I was using before I went to Hong Kong, the SIM was last used three and half months ago before i flew to Hong Kong . Anyway I am in UK now and I am in quarantein for an other 9 days at least but probably an other 11-12 days . I am wondering if O2 will make an exception and try to help me and give me some data allowance ? It will really help me as i currantly do NOT have access to the internet , I am using my carrier roaming service which gives 100MB for 30 days. I connot go outside to buy O2 top up vouchers and I cannot find anyone who can help as i do not have any relatives who live in the UK and I do not have any friends in the UK. I have just found out that my bank cards have been suspended which means i cannot spend,use or add any money as the bank will not process the request. I really need help with this and there is nobody who can help. I will really appriciate if someone who can be genourous and help me in thease very difficult times due to what is going on.
