Not looking for any solutions unless you can suggest how I can get back on Simply Pay As You Go.

Ultimately, I was on Simply Pay As You Go (https://www.o2.co.uk/help/pay-as-you-go/simply-pay-as-you-go) and was quite happy. I called O2 a while back and they promoted some big data bundle spouting some garbage that it's a better deal as I'd have unlimited calls and texts and all the data I need and unused data rollover and whatnot.... neglecting to highlight I need to top up monthly.

So I've been moved off Simply Pay As You Go and cannot be moved back apparently.

So O2 losing a customer of almost 20yrs (albeit small ££) by swindling me to move away from Simply Pay As You Go which better suited my needs and usage.

ASDA Mobile on Vodafone network seems a much better solution for me.

Peace!

Most Companies have stopped the type of PAYG you want. Giffgaff still do, I believe Tesco and there is 1p Mobile.

You will need to hunt around and see which is best for you.l

If ASDA fits the bill then moving there is a no brainer

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

@SPAYG

giffgaff, Tesco and 1pMobile are also options currently.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.
