Hello, I've just logged into my O2 account and Community account and have been prompted to set up a Virgin Media O2 ID.
I want to set up a verified phone number in the Virgin Media O2 ID and entered my preferred mobile number. It sent a text to this number, I was expecting a code, but it asked me to tap a link in the text. The problem is my mobile isn't a smartphone, so I can't tap it. What do I need to do to get this number added as my verified number?

I did mine on my laptop and it did send a code via text and also a link in email, so try it on your PC or laptop.
