Screen goes dark then freezes

What is happening with all these bugs! 

 

When I type on here I have to be quick otherwise the screen goes dark and then freezes.

 

The only way to get it going again is to refresh and then my typing in the message box has gone before I can finish. I have to type really quick

This forum is being shutdown at the end of the month so nothing is going to change or get fixed.

The dark screen thing is related to the pop up which sometimes appears now, but mostly not and just the blank screen.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Not had this problem on my phone nor on the full web version on my Chromebook.

.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

It's only just started doing it on my smartphone. It used to do it when the O2 Survey box was about to appear but this time nothing appears. It only does it when you are typing in the message box.

I wouldnt hold too much hope, VMO2 don't have much success with launching new systems or doing updates...
