I have mobile No [personal details removed] pay as you go! The phone now says no service ... it may need topping up but I cannot use the phone to do so! Please advise

If it has been disconnected you'll need to contact O2 to reconnect it Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 

You must make a call at least once every 6 months to keep it active.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
