Hi, roaming has been turned off for my mobile as I've been getting a lot of calls. I cannot contact the number they provided in the text message, can't call customer support, nor get any help from their online support as it's a Pay As You Go number. I'm abroad so I can't go to the store for support. Any ideas on what should I do?

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this

@Lina1 Your post doesn't make a lot of sense.
You can call O2 for free if you download Skype: Guide: A Guide to Skype
Call +44800 902 0217 or +44800 032 1402
When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say 'Upgrade', 'Lost/Stolen', or 'Fraud' if the suggestion above doesn't get you through.
Best time to call is 8 am UK time.
You can also reach O2 via social media:
Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB), Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW), or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

They sent me a text.
O2: Hello. You seem to be getting through a lot of calls and texts. We've stopped your roaming in case it wasn't you. But it if you think we're got something wrong call us on +44 (0)344 8090222
But i can't make or receive any calls or texts. I contacted online live chat support but they cannot help as it's a Pay As you Go mobile number.

In your first post you said roaming was turned of because you were getting a lot of calls. Now you say the message says you are getting through a lot of calls and text. I'm a bit confused.
Are you roaming at the moment? .
Have you tried the Skype method posted by @Bambino

Yes, I mentioned before that I'm not in UK. Also I'm pretty sure that getting a lot of calls and getting through a lot of calls is the same?

I know what whatsapp is... But not everyone has it, or some people have limited internet/no access to WiFi. Also the connection is laggy most of the time when on call.

@Lina1 Let's try to clear this up. Are you receiving a lot of calls or making a lot of calls?
If you know what WhatsApp is, then using it over WiFi may be your only option if O2 is restricting you from making calls.
You can try to reach O2 using Skype as I suggested above or use social media which is also an option. This is a customer community, and we have no access to anyone's account, so contacting O2 is the only way for you to get this resolved.
