Hi I’ve got an iPhone 12 with O2 pay as you go. I’m currently in Tenerife. Roaming is on however not working and I’ve yet to receive a text message from the provider. How can I fix this?

Search for another network
Change your data APN to "mobile.o2.co.uk"
Check with O2 whether you have a roaming bar on your account. Do this via social media
If you message O2 on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help.

Hi, I have changed the APN to this but it wants a username and password. What do I put of this? Or am I doing something wrong?
