Roaming in Zimbabwe

I have come for a visit to Zimbabwe but unable to receive calls. How do I set it up? I am pay as you go

Some things to try:

1. Manually search for another network
2. Reboot the phone
3. Try toggling Airplane mode on/off (it often helps kickstart things)
4. If still not working then contact O2 to remove the Roaming bar on your account

 If you message O2 on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.

From memory, I don't think you can roam on O2 PAYG in Zimbabwe as there is no roaming agreement.

Thanks everyone. Nothing has worked except I have spent £50 and no have zero balance. I have no idea where the £50 went

If you want to make calls or send texts to friends, find a good WiFi connection and download WhatsApp. You can call, text, and video call for free with anyone who also has the app installed on their phone.
