Hello team, I am trying to get proof of usage from last 1 and half month. I called o2 customer service many times but they are not giving proper answer and sometime they have hang up the phone as well. I visited o2 center where they asking to contact over the phone. I am using pay as you go service. I don’t think so this is the proper customer service. I got frustrated because of this. I hope I will get answer very soon.

It's getting someone in Customer Services who knows what they are doing

Customer services have a standard template letter they can send you with all the details required by you insurance company. Insist on that http://www.o2.co.uk/contact

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
