I've been trying to convert my airtime rewards for credit and have £10 that is pending from 27/07/23.
Last time I did this, the credit appeared straight on my phone, but this time it remains pending.
Airtime Rewards have suggested I request that O2 remove the "Direct to Bill Credit & Refund" Bar / Block to enable this to go through.
How do I get this done?

You need to contact O2.

I have this same problem, the credit is showing as redeemed in my Airtime Rewards account, but never showed in my O2 account.
When I called O2 they said that I didn't have an active "Direct to Bill Credit & Refund" Bar on my account though... @DCG do you know what O2 did to get this working for you?
