Solved: Remove PAY o2 setting app

Hi,

Please can someone tell me how to remove the PAY O2 Setting app from the Android phone? There is no option to disable it.

Also, I want to remove the O2 PAY contacts (Contacts that sarts with >) from the phone permanently. I deleted it a number of times from the contact but every time the phone restart the contact comes back.

You cannot delete them. They are embedded into the sim so will always come back when the phone restarts.
