I regstered  first sim, but could not add second.  Told to register second and then link them but O2 will not allow my email addresses saying already used. I don't want to create a third email just to register - help please

Hi @Pausanias Have you tried doing this via My O2?  (not sure if you are able to with PAYG) How to register here  https://www.o2.co.uk/help/account-and-billing/register-for-my-o2

https://accounts.o2.co.uk/transferproducts/byphonenumber

Either way if you are having problems then you need to speak to customer services https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

They are open now...

I’m afraid you’ll need a different email address to register that sim for a MyO2 account before you can merge them.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

This has been a problem in the past. Without a seperate email you can't register it. Your present email provider may well allow you to create an alias email so as to disguise your main email address. Have a look in the settings of your email client. I know this is possible with outlook an Yahoo so I'm sure most clients will give this option. It can be used purely to register on websites.
