Hi,
I am trying to register a SIM card for my son's PAYG smart watch and having difficulty doing this as when entering the mobile number within my O2 account and inserting the card into the device, there are no messages coming through with a verification code to allow for pairing/registration?? Can someone please advise where I'm going wrong?
Each time I access Device Info there is nothing on Registration code and there is a No signal sign showing at network info. I've already topped up the SIM card with £10 and just need it registered so we can start using the device.
