Dear sir/ madam,
I have put a pay as you go sim and yet get texts saying it is an international sim and get billed too much. Kindly advise. Jesna Manoj

Login to your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2 and go to change your tariff.

You can choose one of the big bundle options from there which will give you a monthly allowance of calls, texts and data for use in the UK and EU.

I'm not sure how you get bills. Did you have a contract previously?

You can't just put a P&G sim in to end the contract if you have one.

Maybe they just mean too much credit is taken or they don't understand the price structure of the international SIM?
