Recently changed from monthly bill to payg but due some money back. How do I see my final bill? Only see payg on my o2 account

Get in touch with customer services and they should be able to process the refund and send out a final bill @Jo_52

You can either call them on 0344 809 0202 or message on social media:

Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).
