Solved: Refund or pause of the number

Hello, today I topped up my number accidentally, but as I am abroad, I will not be using the number and anything in the bundle. Is there a way to get a refund for this transaction or if not, is it possible to pause the plan so that I could turn it on when I need it? Please advise. Thanks

Im afraid the answers are no and no, as there are no refunds on PAYG and also the number / plan can not be paused.

Unfortunately there are no refunds on PAYG, sorry.
