Hi, I work for a community charity and we recieved some funding to support people who are isolated during lockdown. I was tasked with purchasing 10 tablets and decided on the Alcatel 3T 8 refurb.
Long story short, it wasn't easy as you can only add one item to the basket so I had to use mutiple email addresses and check out individually. I had some help from a chap using 'live help'. He said once all the transactions are completed they could all be combined onto one invoice. I need the invoice to submit to the funder as proof of purchase. I made a note of all the order number as I was going along and have them saved.
Can anyone help?

For each order, you should have a confirmation email, that will be proof of purchase, as it should have the IMEI's of each device and of course, the date of purchase. This will mean that you will have to log in to all of the email addresses that you set up. But, if that's an issue, just give o2 customer services a ring and they will be able to supply them for you.
