Hi from more than a week i was placing request from customer support through call and web chat to issue me both proof of usage and barring and every time they take all the details and said me to wait for 24 hrs but no luck, I am getting frustrated with their service any suggestion for me even i visited offline O2 stores but they said they cant do a thing and told me to contact customer care support and waiting time is 1 hour for me to connect with them

the mobile is not purchased from O2 its a third party and they required both proof of usage and barring

The only other option, than holding on the phone is to reach out via Social Media, and try and gee them along with the paperwork...
