Hello, I’ve been an O2 customer since 2007, and I’ve noticed that my wife, who is also with O2, regularly receives promotional offers such as extra data or discounts. However, I have never received any offers at all. As a long-term customer, I’d like to know why this is the case, and whether there is something in my account settings that needs updating. I’d really appreciate being included in any available promotions. Thank you.
