Hello,
Hope you all are well. I wanted some help with porting my number to O2.
I have been trying to port my EE number to my O2 payg sim for the last two weeks. I have submitted the keep my number form numerous times and I have been calling customer service everyday for the last two weeks.
Every time I call, I am told that it will be done in 24 hours but it’s not being ported. Now I am being told that it was going to be ported on 27th may but it’s still not been done. I keep being told that the matter is being escalated to a higher team but with no resolution.
My existing EE number has already been disconnected two weeks ago when I gave O2 my PAC code. I am left without my number.
I am really frustrated now with constantly having to call O2 customer service and being put on hold for 15-20 minutes at a time and then they cut off the call. They constantly keep lying that everything is done and they have filled in the correct forms and have escalated the issue etc. please help.

O2 social media customer service has finally sorted out the porting issues I was having.
