Hello! Officer
I am not enjoying any service from O2, the signal of O2 in my place is very bad, I can't continue to use it, please refund me, thanks. I have topped up 20 pounds please refund me, thanks!

@Kevin17 You can see by my signature that I'm not an O2 staff member. I am a customer and I understand the rules that are applied.

O2 has no control over where you are and what the signal strength might be in that area. You aren't entitled to a refund on that basis. It is not your 'right'. Read the Terms & Conditions. You're certainly entitled to ask for a refund, but your chances are slim and none.

@Kevin17 you need to ring O2 customer services on 4445 this is just a customer forum that doesn't have access to your account.

Are you an O2 staff member? Maybe you're used to such the clause, but I'm not. I have the right to get back money that I didn't use, that's my right. I have received refunds from giffgaff before and they are very efficient. Maybe that's why O2 is unpopular.
