i am in Spain and connecting to Movistar network. I have data ok and can receive SMS messages but cannot make or receive phone c

alls nor send a SMS message.

I have a big bundle and plenty of of money on my balance.

It is a new Motorola G13 phone that had been working perfectly in the UK.

Try manually connecting to a different network or force the phone to 2g if possible to make calls.

Movistar is in the process of closing down 3G. In the areas it has you would need 4G Calling enable to make and receive calls

Have you tried manually selecting another network?

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
