Long story short, i've been trying to transfer pay monthly number to pay as you. Called O2 3 days in a row and each time been assured the transfer will be done in 24hours - well 72 hours later I'm still waiting and it feels like i'm going around in circles. Anyone else experienced trouble like this? Called customer services and 202 numerous times, spoke to numerous people/departments and not getting anywhere!
