I bought a new phone and SIM card, when I registered it I put £10 on, it went straight down to £5 and now it says I have no balance, I think I've only used it twice, I can't get a number to actually speak to someone, can anyone help.

@Jenc

Sounds like you are on the £5 bundle.

£5 is taken each month for your allowances.

Also see this guide for what is included in your allowances Guide: Your Allowances - what is and isn't included

@Jenc Hi, like the others have said it looks like you are on the £5 bundle, this is the minimum bundle you can have. If you set up your number on - MYO2 - you will be able to choose and change your tariff to the best one for you, and you can change tariff once a month if you wish also.
