I have a British mobile number with O2 from my working time in the UK, and I haven´t used it for more of 6 months. I´ve tried to recieved a message for activate other account, and I can´t  do it, because it seems  that the number is not operative. Could you tell me if the O2 sim is deleted after certain time without being used? Lots of thanks.

Hi with pay and go Sims if the aren't used fora while (can't remeber how long) they deativate the SIM meaning you would have to get a new simcard as they one that ain't working will no longer work or be able to be reactivate as it's been deactivated (hope this make sense)

@CarlosJavier You would have needed to make a chargeable call every six months to keep the number active. If it's not too much longer than that, the number may have not been reassigned yet, so if you contact O2 they may be able to reinstate the number for you. You can reach O2 through social media:

Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB), Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW), or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

You could then try to top up following this guide: How to Top Up (PAYG) - O2 Community

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
