Hello,
I have been going in circles (literally) looking on the "contact us" and "Help" pages on the o2 website with no luck finding an email to contact, and obviously being unsuccessful in talking to anyone on the phone right now so I am now asking here!
At the end of Feb i reserved and payed for a data only sim from you guys, as i needed one quite urgently so i thought i'd reserve it in case they sold out by the time i went to the store the day the sim card was due to be collected. When i arrived at the shop the staff told me that my sim card hadnt arrived but they had plenty of stock so i could purchase a new one straight away and when the ordered one came in they would cancel it for me. So i bought 2 sim cards there and then (i needed them for 2 devices) and thanked them for offering to cancel my existing reservation (they couldnt cancel it on the spot because the sim card was in the post). it has been a month now and i still havent had my refund, is there anyone on this forum that can help me with this?
I would have emailed this query but as i stated above, your help and contact us pages just take you round in circles and the only email address i could find was complaintreviewservice@o2.com
i have the reference number and receipt on hand too.
