Hi. I hope that someone can clarify for me as I can't afford to make any mistakes with this and leave my elderly uncle without a working phone (he has no internet etc)! He's currently on a classic payg but needs to phone the doctors/hospital quite regularly now so is burning loads of money doing that. I've just seen the £5 Big Bundle and think that he'd be far better off switching to that but I'm unable to visit him to deal with any sim swaps etc. I see on his account that when I select the Big Bundle it says it will take effect straight away, so does that definitely mean that a new sim wouldn't be required? Also, I presume that his calls to voicemail would then be included, would they? I can't see that in the t&cs.

He wouldn't need a new sim.
If he goes for the £5 Big Bundle there is NO data included with that, just unlimited texts and calls. If he needs data then he would need the £10 BB.
