One time passcode and texts from o2 not coming through

The last couple of days I am not recieving any messages for one time passcodes and any messages from o2 or contacts who are on o2.

I've just had a days worth of messages come through but it has gone straight back to not recieving the message again.have restarted phone, cleaned sim, checked network settings. Has anyone else had this issue?
