For spotify premium you can have the money billed to your mobile bill, can i use the money i have on O2 rewards to pay for this?

Be careful about having "third party" charges applied to your phone bill. O2 are not an FCA approved payment processor, so you will have nowhere to go if anything goes wrong. Many examples in this forum of O2 refusing to help when "third party" charges are queried. Consider placing a "charge to mobile" bar on your account to prevent fraud.
